Machining production
Machining shops of Izhora are equipped with high-performance up-to-date equipment for machining of blanks. Within these shops, we prepare end face surfaces, process holes, shells, bottoms, nozzles, flanges, etc. for subsequent assembly and welding.
The shops are equipped with vertical turning lathes and universal machining centers. The multifunctional equipment allows to switch between different modes and to carry out turning, milling, and boring operations.

The high-performance machining center is equipped with a CNC system and is designed for finishing of large-sized blanks. The equipment can withstand loads up to 400 t and allows 3D operation.
