Social program

All employees of the company who have passed the probation become participants in the voluntary medical insurance program. Employees are issued a medical insurance policy with a wide range of services in city clinics including dental, ambulance, elective, and emergency care and doctor home visits. Due to cooperation with medical institutions, the employees can be vaccinated and medically examined on site. The company regularly holds a Blood Donor Day.
