Training Center "Professional" provides training on the basis of license for educational activities No.3056 dated 03.07.2017.
The Training Center personnel constantly monitors and analyzes the educational market to implement the best practices at the plant.
About
The main purpose of the Trainig Center is an accelerated acquisition of knowledge and skills by the students for effective work.
Currently, the Training Center trains the employees in 114 trade jobs and has 100 additional professional educational programs.
More than 80 instructors of the Center provide group and individual training.

Vocational education is oriented towards those employees who do not have the necessary trade job. Upon graduation, a certificate corresponding to the acquired profession is issued.
Additional vocational education is oriented towards those employees who have diploma on secondary vocational and/or higher education. Upon graduation, they got an Advanced Training Certificate, Retraining Diploma, and, sometimes, reports and statements.
