The Centre operates on the basis of a license to carry out educational activities and provides training of electric welders, turners, millers, computer-controlled machine operators, construction metal workers, and metal structure assemblers
A special job training site performs additional training of new employees in trade skills. With the Personnel Training Centre, the company's employees can take Master's programs at NRNU MEPhI. For students, an in-plant internship and job training program is provided

Training program developed in accordance with the Russian laws and ROSATOM regulations
Advanced training and proficiency testing program for managers, as well as for office and shop workers.
Modular programs in the following disciplines: "Project Management", "HR", "Development of International Competences", "Development of High Potential Young Generation", etc.
Training of new employees in trade skills at a specially equipped site. The program is developed in accordance with the plant specifics
Special program for students of technical universities and colleges for on-the-job and undergraduate training, official internship at the plant.
Preparation for participation in championships
The Centre has an employee-training program for participation in ROSATOM industry competitions AtomSkills and WorldSkills Hi-Tech, developed according to the WorldSkills methodology. The training is performed for the following competencies:
- welding technologies;
- operations on universal lathes;
- operations on universal milling machines;
- turning operations on CNC machines;
- milling operations on CNC machines.
Internal competitions of professional skills
The Personnel Training Centre arranges and conducts plant competitions of professional skills for the following competencies:
- welder;
- turner performing all turning operations;
- miller performing all milling operations;
- computer-controlled machine operator (turning);
- computer-controlled machine operator (milling).
