Hi-Tech and AtomSkills competitions
Participation in professional competitions is a great opportunity to demonstrate your skills, share best practices with colleagues, and take the next step in career development. Every year since 2015, the employees of AEM-Technologies take part in the AtomSkills Industry Championship, organized by Rosatom according to the High-Tech methodology (until 2022, the Worldskills methodology).
AtomSkills winners become Hi-Tech participants and represent Rosatom at the National Championship of Cross-Industry Trade Jobs in High-Technology Industries.
