Special training centers operate on the basis of Atommash, Petrozavodskmash and Izhora plants to assist in training and unlocking professional potential.
Training Centers

The centers provide conditions for professional retraining and regular professional development of employees. The training is initiated by the heads of structural divisions, sending a request for the need of the staff to receive an additional education or participate in special development programs.

 
Training centers provide continuous development and professional development of personnel by creating a learning environment that ensures the development of intellectual potential and self-realization of personal abilities of employees.

Qualification Assessment Centers

The Independent Qualification Assessment (IQA) is open to turners, millers, borers, planers, machine operators, adjusters, drillers, grinders, mechanical assembly quality control engineers, thermists and heat treatment inspectors. Certification is mandatory for managers and leading specialists and is held annually.

The centers operate on the basis of the decision on granting the right to conduct an independent assessment of qualifications for compliance with professional standards, adopted by the Council for Professional Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering.
