Training Centers

The centers provide conditions for professional retraining and regular professional development of employees. The training is initiated by the heads of structural divisions, sending a request for the need of the staff to receive an additional education or participate in special development programs.

Training in working specialties, professional retraining, preparation for attestation and participation in professional competitions, practical exercises for students of universities and colleges.

Training center Professional in St. Petersburg

TC Professional trains personnel in 114 working professions and in 100 programs of additional professional education. Not only employees of AEM-Technologies are accepted for training, but also external applicants.

Qualification Assessment Centers

The Independent Qualification Assessment (IQA) is open to turners, millers, borers, planers, machine operators, adjusters, drillers, grinders, mechanical assembly quality control engineers, thermists and heat treatment inspectors. Certification is mandatory for managers and leading specialists and is held annually.

The centers operate on the basis of the decision on granting the right to conduct an independent assessment of qualifications for compliance with professional standards, adopted by the Council for Professional Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering.
